1) SALES TAX: We charge 8.25% sales tax on items shipped to destinations within California; 8.75% on items that are shipped to destinations within Orange County,Ca.

We do not charges sales tax for items shipped to destinations outside of California.

2) SHIPPING AND HANDLING: Our standard carrier is UPS ground shipping. Other options are available at an additional cost.

3) RETURN POLICY: Permission must be obtained from usCalibration Inc, for a product returned for any reason. Please describe to us the reason for the return, date of purchase and your invoice number when requesting approval for a return.This will expedite proper adjustment of your account. Return authorizations will be granted only if all of the following conditions are met: a) product being returned has not been used or altered in any way; b) all accessories and packaging are undamaged, unused, and with the unit; c) the request for return authorization is within thirty (30) calendar days of the invoice date; d) the request for return is not for a special order item e) the product being returned is defective. All returns are subject to the specific terms as followed by the manufacturer of the product for return. Returns may incur a 15% restocking fee, where applicable. Credit will be issued at the original price minus the cost of shipping and handling to deliver the product back to the manufacturer, unless the product being returned is defective.
